LABURA ENGINEERING do.o. (hereinafter "LABURA ENGINEERING", "we", "our", "us", "us", "our", etc.) is the owner of the website www.labura.hr (hereinafter: the website). This privacy statement was created to show you that we care about the privacy of our users and that you can find out about how we collect and process personal information on this website.

LABURA ENGINEERING d.o.o. is a registered company in the Republic of Croatia. We have appointed a data protection officer, LABURA ENGINEERING d.o.o. so that you can contact us with any questions or complaints related to our privacy policy or the handling of personal data. Data collection

We keep and protect your personal information for the duration of your business relationship with us. We store personal data that you have given us for business purposes in accordance with the Legal provisions related to the storage of business / bookkeeping archives. We regularly delete personal data that you have provided to us during the current year for the purpose of contacting us in December of the following year (unless you have requested to be on the list of recipients of occasional information about our activities). If you have requested (given consent) to be on the list of recipients of occasional information about our activities, we will delete your data at your request.

In many countries, you have the right to file a complaint with the data protection authority if you are not satisfied with the way we treat your personal data. If technically feasible, we will send you your personal information based on your request.

In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify you and the competent supervisory authority by e-mail within 72 hours of the type and extent of the breach, the data covered, the possible impact on our services and our planned measures to ensure data and limit any adverse effects on individuals.
